Vendors (Accreditation Liaison Officers) register their company and submit the people who will work at the event. All data is scoped to your own company — vendors never see other companies' information.

• Self-register your company and receive an approved workspace for the event.
• Add people one by one with a photo, or bulk-import using the official TrustVance template.
• Upload photos in bulk — the system matches each photo automatically to the right person.
• Track every submission: uploaded, submitted, background-checked, badge produced.
• Strict data isolation — vendors only ever see their own company's data.
