1. Who we are
TrustVance provides an enterprise event-security, accreditation and delivery-management platform. For personal data processed on behalf of an event organiser we act as a data processor and the client is the data controller.
2. What personal data we process
Account users, accredited persons (name, ID, photo, category, status), drivers/vehicles/deliveries, background-check outcomes and audit logs.
3. Special-category & criminal-offence data
Background-check outcomes and risk/block records may reveal criminal-offence information and are processed only on the controller's documented instructions and with government-authority authorisation.
4. Legal bases
Contract, legitimate interests, legal obligations, and specific authorisations for special-category and criminal data.
5. Sharing
Data is shared only with authorised Government Security Authorities, event officials and sub-processors under DPAs. We do not sell personal data.
6. International transfers
Where necessary, with appropriate safeguards and honouring per-event data-residency requirements.
7. Retention
Kept only as long as needed for the event and legal/audit obligations.
8. Security
Role- and tenant-scoped access, encryption in transit and at rest, audited actions, post-event revocation.
9. Your rights
You may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object and portability. Contact info@trustvance.com; we will route requests to the controller as needed.
10. Cookies
Only essential cookies for login and security; no advertising cookies.
11. Changes
Material changes will be posted with a new date.
