Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By using TrustVance you accept these Terms; if you act for an organisation you confirm you may bind it.
2. The Service
Event-security, accreditation, background-check coordination, badge issuance and delivery-management tools; features may evolve.
3. Accounts, roles & access
Access is per account and role. You are responsible for credentials and role assignments and we may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Customer responsibilities
You warrant the accuracy and legal basis of all data you submit (including criminal/background), you will not accredit anyone with a negative background check and you accept the Terms & Conditions at each submission.
5. Acceptable use
No misuse, unauthorised access, security breaches, malware, or unlawful use.
6. Data protection
Governed by the Privacy Policy; where we act as processor, a DPA applies.
7. Intellectual property
TrustVance platform, software, design and logo are protected. You retain ownership of submitted data.
8. Confidentiality
Each party protects the other's confidential information.
9. Availability & disclaimers
Service is provided "as is". We aim for availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
10. Limitation of liability
No indirect losses; total liability limited per applicable order/contract.
11. Term & termination
Per governing contract; data handled per Privacy Policy and DPA.
12. Governing law
Operator's stated jurisdiction, subject to mandatory local protections.
